3 Months (12 Weeks) = $700 Per Week
2 Months ( 8 Weeks) = $750 Per Week
1 Month ( 4 Weeks) = $800 Per Week
End of stay cleaning and linin fee $125*
Security Deposit Bond $1,000
N.B. End of stay cleaning and linin fee is based on guest handing back clean and tidy, so cleaners can deep clean, extra cleaning charged at $40 per hour.
