Rent includes unlimited internet, electricity, water, gardening & cleaning of common areas. Room includes bed, built in wardrobe. <br/><br/>Air-conditioning is metered and is payable in full by the tenant.<br/><br/>Common areas include large lounge room and dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shared laundry facilities. <br/><br/>Close to Griffith University (Nathan), QEII Hospital, shops; public transport. Griffith University (Mt Gravatt) a short bus trip away<br/><br/>Due to COVID-19 and the new government regulations we will be showing the home privately. For obvious reasons, only the immediate applicants of the home will be permitted (a maximum of one adult at a time) and no children will be allowed access inside. We ask that all people attending the inspection respect the social distancing guidelines (1.5 metres between each other). Sanitiser will be available onsite and expected to be used prior to inspecting the property. <br/>All applications will be electronic – there will no applications onsite.
