Leif & Aesop body wash, hand soaps and shampoo, KitchenAid blender, Baratza coffee grinder, Duromatic pressure cooker... I even have a baking stone for pizza and a gorgeous Roland digital piano. If you have any particular requests for appliances/furniture, I am open to discussing this with you. The balcony overlooks Sydney harbour towards the west and Woolloomooloo pier towards the east. There is a small guest room, availability of which may be discussed.<br/><br/>I am happy to keep all utilities connected in my name but would ask that you reimburse me for each invoice. If you would like utilities to be set up in your own name, I am also fine to disconnect my accounts.<br/><br/>Town Hall station is right downstairs and plenty of buses stop at Hyde Park just up the road. Let me know if you'd want to use my Creme Cycle bike and I can show you where it's locked in the enclosed street-level bicycle room.<br/><br/>In addition to a pool, spa and sauna area on Level 8, there's also a cinema room and gym on Level 10. A 24-hour concierge desk on ground level ensures security of the building.<br/><br/>A little about me:<br/><br/>When I'm not lawyering, you'll find me writing, painting, playing piano, baking sourdough or taking a ballet or yoga class (my large floor length mirror is great for taking ballet classes from home). Born in China, my family immigrated to Sydney when I was young. This year, my work will take me to London for a time, so I am looking for the right person who will enjoy and take care of this space while I'm away. (Read: I would love if you could help water my plants!) I'll be around to show you the apartment during March, and thereafter a member of my family or a property manager will be around to assist with any questions.
