Residents share access to our new Community Centre with air-conditioning, wide screen TV, pool table, dart board, kitchen, and dining area.<br/><br/>Brisbane North Rental Village is centrally positioned within the suburb of Aspley on 7 hectares of landscaped grounds with our onsite Management team available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. We are conveniently located with public transport, shopping (Aspley Hypermarket; Aspley Village, Westfield Chermside), restaurants, cafes and employment opportunities on your doorstep.<br/><br/>Important information:<br/>• Tours are available Monday to Friday at 11am<br/>• Small pets are permitted upon application<br/>• Bond equal to 4 weeks rent plus your first 2 weeks rent is required in advance<br/>• Linen, blankets, towels and pillow are not provided<br/>• Electricity and gas are not included in your weekly rent<br/>• Stay for 6 weeks to 6 months with flexible short or long-term rental options.<br/><br/>Access to the village is via Gympie Road and all dwellings are set back for peace and quiet. You'll enjoy direct freeway access to the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane CBD and major employment hubs. Most accommodation types include a parking space (in very close proximity), and visitor parking is located at the front of the property.<br/><br/>Our simple application process has a quick turnaround approval notification (upon receipt of all necessary documentation). For your confidence, all residents are subject to tenancy terms which will be explained upon application.
