This charming Queenslander with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom offers peace and quiet while being conveniently with everything you need either a short drive or walk away. The price is also inclusive of your electricity, internet (Wifi) and water – so there are no hidden surprises!<br/><br/>Living on Sandgate Road you're just a brief 5 minute drive to your nearest Woolworths situated at Lutwyche Centre with plenty of cafes, and restaurants conveniently located close by. If you're needing to catch public transport – you're just 100m walk from your nearest bus stop on Sandgate Road as well. If you're needing a train you're just a 900m walk to Clayfield train station (located on the Doomben line).<br/><br/>Both options are a zone 1 to 1 journey.
