Room For Rent In St Lucia

- Location: It is very convenient for people studying at UQ, It is just 10 minutes walking to the UQ, 5 minutes walking to the Guyatt Part ferry station.

-Rental Fee: It is very competitive, Just $140 per week included bills.

-House conditions: It is a wooden house. There are five rooms with full furniture: bed, mattress, desk, fan…, a shared bathroom, toilets. Few years old kitchen with cooking stuffs.

At the moment, two room are being occupied by US students and another rooms is available. Our house is well organized, friendly and easy-going people living in and required a tidy and neat person.
