Wanting a room on a budget? We have this single room available in this existing share house available. The house features a generous sized kitchen with allocated pantry/cupboard space along with undercover parking available on a first in best dressed basis. <br/><br/>The room is available furnished or if you've got your own furniture that's not a problem at all either, simply let us know and we can arrange for these items to be removed. The price is also inclusive of your electricity, internet (Wifi) and water - so there are no hidden surprises!<br/><br/>Living on Taunton Street you're also just a 850m walk to the nearest Woolworths supermarket situated on Ipswich Road. Plus plenty of cafes, and restaurants conveniently located close by. If you're needing to catch public transport - you're just 220m walk from your nearest bus stop at the top of Waverley Street on Ipswich Road, with buses passing every couple of minutes in and out of the city. <br/><br/>If you're watching to catch a train into the city you're just an 11 minute walk to the nearest station at Fairfield. Both options are a zone 1 to 1 journey.
