River Hills Gardens is a gated and secure independent living complex for over 50's on Fryar Road, Eagleby. Just opposite Eagleby State School and across from the supermarket.
The village has over 70, one-bedroom units to rent. Currently we have a couple of units coming available and you are welcome to call the onsite manager who can arrange a tour for you.
All the units have reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchenette, full size bathroom with internal laundry facilities and a small outdoor area.
The complex has an onsite manager and is well maintained throughout. A communal clubhouse is available and the village manager hosts social activities such as morning teas and weekly activities including Bingo. We also offer a meal service should you choose.
As part of the service each unit gets a weekly linen service and access to the onsite manager for help.
