OCEAN VIEW Cottage is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is ideal! It is just across the road from beautiful Kurrimine Beach, just a short walk to King Reef Resort, Kokonut Grove Cafe or Kurrimine Holiday Park featuring a licensed cafe with a water park allowing public access. Or just do nothing.... the view maybe quite enough! The car can stay parked! For the fisherman it is an easy drive to launch the boat either at the beachfront boat ramp or the easy access Maria Creek boat ramp. The house is simple, no fuss and easy care. The beautiful black beam floors are a real feature so we ask holiday makers to lap up the beach lifestyle and go barefoot:) It has 2 queens sized air-conditioned bedrooms, open bathroom laundry and lovely kitchen opening to dining and living area. The home is fully air-conditioned and has a closed-in sunroom with an opportunity to utilise either a front or back patio depending on the weather and time of day.
