1. To obtain a rental application please see our website or click the book/request inspection button fill out your details and an application form will automatically be emailed to you. Please note, an application needs to be filled out and documents provided for all occupants over the age of 18.

2. COMPLETE your application and attach the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income – to include gross annual income (before tax) for the 12 months prior to the date of application.

3. Please ensure all documentation is FULLY completed and return via email as PDF attachments, if not fully completed it will not be processed.

4. Application processing takes approximately 3-5 business days.
