I really want this property and believe I am eligible. How can I fast track my application?
Ensure that your documentation has been completed and is accurate. Provide all bank statements (everyday and savings), all payslips/income from a 13 week period, photo ID and a completed application form. We need to physically tick off all income on your bank statement to the payslips/invoices. It saves significant amount of time if you can provide ALL payslips for the FULL 13 week period.
I have submitted my application and all paperwork. What happens next?
The place manager will review your documents for completeness. If it is determined that you are income eligible, the Place Manager will contact you to arrange a time to inspect the property.
Does the property come with a car space?
If the applicant has a Type 1 Disability Car Permit or a young child, the applicant may be eligible for an allocated car space.
I have inspected the property and I would like to sign a lease agreement. What do I need to do now?
We will send you an invoice for four weeks of rent. This needs to be paid prior to lease sign-up in our office. You will also be required to pay 4 weeks of rent as Bond. Both rent and bond monies can be paid either by bank transfer, EFTPOS or money order.
