The property would suit people who don’t want a big yard to look after (no lawn to mow). There are two houses on the property and it’s the front house that is for rent. <br/><br/>PARKING: There is only on street parking, as the carport goes with the rear house. <br/><br/>CHILDREN: The house really isn’t suitable for young children, as it doesn’t have a yard for children to play in and it's on a busy road.<br/><br/>LEASE: I only give a 6mth lease to start with, so I can see what the tenants are like.
