Lovely old cottage (1865) with large rooms and high ornate ceilings. The home is unfurnished except for wardrobes (not fitted) in the 3 large double bedrooms. Beautiful house, which has been fully renovated throughout. Carpet in bedrooms, passage, lounge and family rooms. Spacious kitchen with timber bench tops. There is also a small storeroom for extra storage. Bathroom and laundry are combined. There is a linen press in the bathroom as well as in the passage. <br/><br/>Lovely cottage front garden, which is the tenant’s responsibility to look after and a fully fenced small courtyard. The property would suit people who don’t want a big yard to look after (no lawn to mow). There are two houses on the property and it’s the front house that is for rent. <br/><br/>PARKING: There is only on street parking, as the carport goes with the rear house. <br/><br/>CHILDREN: The house really isn’t suitable for young children, as it doesn’t have a yard for children to play in and it's on a busy road.<br/><br/>LEASE: I only give a 6mth lease to start with, so I can see what the tenants are like. If you are good tenants and we get on, then you are welcome to stay as long as you like. The current tenants are moving, as they have bought a property. The previous tenants were here for 4 1/2 years and the one before was here for 5 years. <br/>I'm very particular in who I get as tenants, as I live on the property in the house behind and I've had some bad experiences in the past. <br/><br/>ARE DOGS ALLOWED: the answer is no, as there is no lawn area, only a courtyard which is concreted. The bus stop is 50m from the front door. There are a number of schools, churches and the mosque close by.<br/>
