Bathroom and laundry are combined. There is a linen press in the bathroom as well as in the passage.
Lovely cottage front garden, which is the tenant's responsibility to look after and a fully fenced small courtyard. The property would suit people who don't want a big yard to look after (no lawn to mow). There are two houses on the property and it's the front house that is for rent.
PARKING: There is only on street parking, as carport goes with the rear house.
CHILDREN: The house really isn't suitable for young children, as it doesn't have a yard for children to play in and the road is busy.
LEASE: Initial 6 month lease is offered. If good tenants, then they are welcome to stay as long as they like. The last tenant was here for 4 1/2 years and the previous tenant was here for 5 years. I'm very particular with who I approve as tenants, as I live on the property in the house behind and I have had some bad experiences in the past.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED: the answer is no, as there is no lawn area only a courtyard with a concrete floor. Cats considered on application.
