Currently on Airbnb so the start date can be flexible.<br/>This is a functional, pleasant place with a few bonus features - balcony, car space, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a lift. It's about as small as 2 bedroom flats come, but we were very happy living there for more than 16yrs. It's well located between the city and eastern beaches. Oxford St Paddington is 7 mins walk, with its Saturday market, pubs, buzz and 24hr bus transport. A magnificent huge park is around the corner.<br/>The thing to note is that the flat is small and not suitable long term for more than 2 adults, 3 tops. It would be perfect for a couple who would use the little room as a dressing/luggage room. Or a little family. Or 2 friends who are happy to toss a coin for who gets the single room. (The single room faces north so has the nicest light so it's not such a bad deal)<br/>Here are some reasons why this might not suit you (yes really!);<br/>You're very tall and you've always had queen or king beds. A double bed could be a problem.<br/>Heather's an informal kind of person who doesn't iron the pillowcases or fold the end of the toilet paper. She doesn't make swans with the towels!<br/>The place is smoke and pet free.<br/>There's no gym or pool or other mod cons. The kitchen is not stainless steel or caesar stone and does not have Smeg appliances, or a dishwasher (we're washing up bowl kind of people!).<br/>The flat is on the first floor. Whilst the outlook is leafy, there are no views of Centennial Park. <br/>The bathroom is very small and the shower is over the bath. <br/>You'd prefer a gas rather than an electric cooktop.<br/>There's a separate laundry within the flat but there's no clothes dryer.
