I Bedroom Flat

As result of the storm, a flat has unexpectedly become available here in my home in Kalorama. I now need to find a new tenant! So the search for the right person who would enjoy living in a quiet Christian home in the hills has begun!<br/> Although the storm did a lot of damage to the garden and some very minor damage to the home, the majority of the house, including the flat is quite OK. With the very kind assistance of volunteers, the process of cleaning up the garden is well underway! <br/>The flat in question is in the upstairs part of my quiet Christian home and only suited for a single woman. (An elderly gentleman lives downstairs. He has been here for about 10 years.) <br/>The flat is fairly small but has its own kitchen,1 bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, toilet and washing machine. It has its own entrance up outside (well lit!) steps. There is a lock up garage with its own driveway at the bottom of the garden. Some storage space is also.<br/>A bus stop is nearby.<br/>The rent is $560 pf. It includes a fixed amount of $150 pf as being one third of the household’s main utility bills (Gas, electricity and water). However heating of the flat is with an LPG gas heater and this is arranged and paid for by the tenant.
