This house has wonderful natural light, a front courtyard, and a fairly sizable rear courtyard and garden.

There is the living room downstairs as you enter the house with new LED spotlights, and through to the other room is the dining which has an aircon unit, kitchen with walk-in pantry, 2nd bathroom (with toilet) as well as laundry.
