This property is an Airbnb which we semi-permanent rent through the low season. It’s the perfect opportunity to have somewhere to stay while you are working out where to live whilst looking for your permanent property (without being locked into a 6-month contract).<br/><br/>Location plus!<br/><br/>7 minutes drive to the beach and Broadwater where you can swim, surf, sunbath or dine in the waterfront eateries. Take the picnic rug, bikes etc and enjoy the grassy Broadwater parklands which has endless bike paths, playgrounds, events and areas to picnic. It’s a magic spot to be listening to music & people watch with a drink/ food & enjoy the beach side vibe. Also 7 minutes away overlooking the beautiful Broadwater, is Australia Fair Shopping Centre.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>The property has 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and wardrobes, the master bedroom also has a portable air conditioner. There are two small bedrooms one with 2 single beds (opposite the kitchen) and one with a queen bed looking out to the backyard. The main bed room also has a queen bed overlooking the backyard. All the beds have 1000 thread count 100% pure Egyptian cotton sheets.<br/><br/>The bathroom (which is an older style) has a toilet, shower with excellent water pressure and separate bath, there is also another separate toilet on the opposite side of the hall way.<br/><br/>There is a washing machine and dryer for your use in the laundry.<br/><br/>There is a split system air-conditioner in the lounge and a portable air -conditioner in the main bedroom.<br/><br/> There are 3 Smart TV's in the property, the TV is the lounge area is 65 inch and the two queen bedrooms have 40 inch TVs to keep you connected to the world with free WIFI so you can access your Netflix, YouTube, Stan, etc accounts.<br/><br/>The dining room has a large 6-seater table and chairs.<br/><br/>With a full-sized kitchen large fridge, microwave, pots and pans, plates/cutlery, toaster, kettle, etc there is everything you need to prepare amazing meals and memories for your friends and family.<br/><br/>This is a strictly 'no party' property as it is located in a residential area.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>In consideration for other guests (staying in the property after you) and our cherished neighbours, it is a strictly no smoking property.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>This duplex is fully furnished right down to towels, sheets, knives and forks, etc, all you need to do is bring your suitcase and relax.<br/><br/>The weekly price includes Water, Electricity and WIFI and garden and lawn maintenance.<br/><br/>Security Bond of 4 weeks rent PLUS 4 weeks rent to be paid in advance, then weekly from the day you move in, so that you are always 1 month in advance on rent (no exceptions sorry).
