Housemate wanted for large friendly house. You will have your own private bedroom with built-in wardrobe and share kitchen. The rent is $180 per week rent, including electricity, water, high speed wifi, and free local, national and calls to mobiles. There is a shared 65 inch LED TV with Optus entertainment pack. The living areas are furnished with leather reclining chairs. There is an outdoor pergola and BBQ. We are looking for a mature person who would like to stay a long time. You will have your own lease. The house is close to the beach, and close to transport and all amenities. There is a golf course and excellent walks nearby.
