HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION <br/><br/>Cowan Cowan beach is a 2 minute walk from the property and there is a great BBQ pergola area to relax in after a big day out fishing, or just sit back and savour the moment with your family and friends. The only thing you'll hear from this unit is the sound of birds and rustling leaves, and with such a short walk to the beach, you'll be putting a line out, or kayaking for squid in no time at all.<br/><br/>Features<br/>Can accommodate up to 6 guests<br/>Two bedrooms - main bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has two sets of single bunks<br/>Self contained kitchen with fridge, deep freezer, stove top kettle, oven, pantry, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans<br/>Two lounge chairs with overhead flat screen TV and stereo<br/>Dining table seats <br/>Outside pergola area with BBQ<br/>Lush green lawn and lovely gardens<br/>Linen is not included in the rental.
