Cottage with sunny balcony on quiet leafy street

Hi, we're looking for 1-2 people to live in the front house - my partner and I live in the back.


It's a completely separate dwelling with its own entrance and has its own water and electricity meters. There's no internal access between the houses (though they share a wall).


Even though you may never actually need to talk to us, a bit about us: I (32) like woodworking and cats and I want to grow a lot of wisteria, and my partner Titia (36) likes contact improvisation dancing and fermenting things and argued with me at length about where I should put the commas in this sentence. We both work full time with a bit of WFH.
