We have several rooms left in this large and comfortable boarding house which is located in a beautiful and newly-renovated, heritage-listed building in East Newcastle close to the beach, cafes, shops and public transport.

The rooms come furnished with a double bed and bedside table, a desk, desk chair & desk lamp, as well as a wardrobe stand and large mobile clothes dryer stand.

Water and electricity are included (no capped amounts) as well as free, unlimited NBN wifi. The large windows and super high ceilings add to the feeling of space and make the rooms light and welcoming. The windows are covered in 98% block out film to help keep the rooms cool in summer and have block-out roller blinds.

There is also a laundry room in the building with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer as well as a secure room to store bicycles. Enjoy the gorgeous inner-city, beach-side lifestyle and great coastal weather while you are studying without paying a fortune!
