This classic beach house is positioned within a gentle 5-minute walk to the Sunshine Beach village and the white sands of Sunshine Beach.<br/><br/>As you walk into the private home you are greeted with clean white crisp walls, vaulted ceilings that give a wonderful sense of volume and natural light. The open plan design flows throughout and leads to the central kitchen with access to the rear yard. The master bedroom is well positioned at the front of the home with a Walkin robe and ensuite, as well as a view overlooking the pool. The enlarged second bedroom has its own full bathroom and ample storage space.<br/><br/>NB: <br/>• Please note Tenant is responsible for water consumption (property is water compliant)<br/>• Pets considered on application<br/>• Tenant is responsible for lawn and garden maintenance<br/>• Tenant is responsible for pool cleaning and chemicals<br/>• Internet to the property is a tenant responsibility.
