A two-bedroom unit of two dwellings

This two-bedroom unit is the upstairs one of the whole house, with a separate entrance from the stairs outside. It is furnished with some old styled furniture but still functional. It has an air conditioner in the lounge room. It has a fairly big backyard, with a total area of approximately 600 square meters. <br/><br/>Currently, the ground level is under renovation, which is approved as a second dwelling of the house, and will be used for Airbnb accommodation. So I am looking for tenants who don't mind it.
