Wooden floorboards throughout, plush carpet in the bedrooms and fully air-conditioned.<br/><br/>Positioned in a quiet community of bungalows, the house will best suit a couple or family looking to live in peaceful, quiet surroundings with my great neighbours. This isn't a place for late nights and parties.<br/><br/>Three bedrooms: two with King beds and the third bedroom with a Queen bed. The master bedroom is expansive with a light-filled ensuite bathroom.<br/><br/>The modern kitchen features electric induction stove and electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, SodaStream, blender, sandwich press, ice cream maker and a KitchenAid mixer for avid bakers. Outside, there's a large Weber BBQ.<br/><br/>Sit back on the large sofa in the living room which easily sits 6 adults. Binge the best TV and movies on offer on the 75-inch TV set up with every streaming service on offer - Netflix, Foxtel, Disney+, Amazon Prime & Apple TV+. The house features SONOS system throughout.<br/><br/>Enjoy the back balcony with its large outdoor sofa, dining table, BBQ and vibrant umbrella. Or escape to the two-person hammock on the front balcony. Use the SONOS Move to bring music or podcasts with you.<br/><br/>If you need to do some work while you're here, the Hideout offers a dedicated study as well as a second office desk in the Master Bedroom.<br/><br/>The bungalow sits in its own patch of leafy green with beautiful large shady trees, cooling daytime breezes and the wonderful sounds of birds. Keep an eye out for the tree frogs!<br/><br/>The Hideout offers a dedicated outdoor carpark. Any second vehicle should be parked on the street.<br/><br/>Located just off bustling Bangalow Road, the Hideout is tucked away in a small community of 6 bungalows.
