3 bedroom,study,1 bathroom,1 car park and on street parking home available close to creek,cafes 10 minute walk to shops in a nice quiet little street available to rent.House is partly furnished,dining tables,fridge and washing machine,price includes unlimited wifi,Netflix.The place has air con and fans in all bedrooms.The back yard is shared with myself as I also live on the property,I do all the maintenance such as lawns,gardens and anything that’s needed to be fixed.I do own a dog that is a border collie and is super friendly,would be open to indoor pets as but no other animals out the back unfortunately.electricity and water is shared
