To qualify you must earn below the listed income amounts and be able to provide 12 months of income statements on application and for every year you occupy the property.<br/><br/>Household Composition<br/>One Adult $52,795 gross income<br/>Two Adults $72,993 combined gross income<br/>Three Adults $93,191 combined gross income<br/>Sole Parent with one child $73,044 gross household income<br/>Sole Parent with two children $90,558 gross household income <br/><br/>1. To obtain a rental application please register your interest to have an application form issued to you.<br/><br/>2. PRINT and complete your application and attach the following:<br/>- 100 points of ID<br/>- Current proof of income (including: recent PAYG, most recent payslip, Centrelink Income Statement (if applicable) and documentary evidence of any other income. If any of thse are unavailable, you will be required to provide 12 months worth of bank statements. For further details, please refer to Tenant Income Assessment form attached.<br/><br/>All documentation is to be given to the property manager at the open home. Applications can only be accepted from those who have viewed the property. <br/><br/>3. Please ensure all documentation is FULLY completed and ready for the open home, if not fully completed it will not be processed. <br/><br/>4.
