How do I arrange to move in to my new apartment?
Please be advised that all move-ins must be pre-booked with building management in order to obtain exclusive access to the lift and to ensure access for delivery trucks is available in the specified loading area.
Electricity
You will need to contact AGL to set up an account within 2 weeks of settlement to transfer the account into the name of the residents and to ensure electricity is connected before your apartment is occupied.
Gas
You will need to open an account with Origin for gas used to heat hot water in your apartment. There are no connection fees for gas. Gas for your cooktop or other incorporated gas appliance is included in your Owners Corporation fees.
Water
Yarra Valley Water is the water authority. For further information, refer to the following link: https://www.yvw.com.au/manage-account/open-or-close-account . Mypm will arrange water connection on your behalf.
