Two bedroom apartment available for any prospective tenant / tenants who would be eligible for NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme).

1. This property is governed by NRAS which is the National Rental Affordability Scheme.

2. The NRAS scheme stipulates that a tenant (if single), must not earn more than $52,324.00 GROSS, per year (Before Tax).

3. If two (2) people apply to live in the property together, then your combined annual income, must not exceed $72,341.00 GROSS per year (Before Tax).

4. You will need to fill in a few extra forms to apply for this property so as to see if you qualify financially and if youre eligible to be successful in your application.

5. There are strict ground rules that NRAS must adhere to regarding income earned and you will be required to provide all evidence of income earned in the past 12 months, which include Bank Statements; pay slips and any other evidence as required.


6. If you havent worked at all in the past 12 months, then you will need to provide evidence of Centrelink assistance or any other organisation that supported you financially, or if it was your family supporting you.

7. If you are an international Student (or local) you can apply, even if you dont work or if you only work part-time.

8. If your family supports you financially, you will need to provide evidence of that too.


9. You do not have to be an Australian Citizen to apply.

10. If you are new to Australia, you will need to provide evidence of how you were supported financially for the 12 months gone by prior to arriving.

Example:-
If you worked overseas or if you were supported by family only.
Or provide evidence of your Passport and Visa entry into Australia showing the date of entry stamped.

11. You will need to consent to the Government doing an audit check on you to see if you are eligible and consent to an audit being conducted every subsequent year that you stay on.
