It is separate but attached to our semi. <br/><br/>- we are so close to Bondi beach that when the surf is up you can hear the waves from your very comfy queen size bed. <br/><br/>- has a large and spacious bedroom with large built ins<br/><br/>- fairly modern and well kept<br/><br/>- $600 per week includes ALL BILLS- power, water and internet<br/>- combined kitchen/dining/living room<br/>- separate private entrance to main house<br/>- you will have sole use of the front yard which was recently landscaped and looking dapper. <br/>- comes fully furnished with everything you need. Can provide linen also if you need. <br/>- is very close to cafes of 7 ways and The Pacific complex. Bondi markets are an easy stroll. <br/>- on a very quiet and peaceful one way street <br/>- Parking - street parking is timed and competitive. If you’re staying a while you’re welcome to register the car to the address so you’re entitled to a parking permit. Everything is walking distance though so easy to get by without. <br/>- Will consider someone with a dog, but note that the front yard isn't secured. <br/>- Access to a shared storage area for surf boards etc. <br/><br/>The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine but there are plenty of laundrettes close by. <br/><br/>We are open to medium- long term - ideally no less than 3 months.
