Electricity is not included. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children on a long term rental. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $375.00 per week (for maximum of 2), plus electricity. A minimum 4 month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 week's rent.
