Orbit Property is an independent boutique agency started in 2011 by husband and wife team, Jason and Anita Genrich. We started our agency after having several bad experiences in the way our investment properties were being managed. As investors ourselves and with both of us having management backgrounds, we knew we could bring to our business and clients, what we simply had not received ourselves: communication, transparency, and respect.
