OptiNest has been founded by Aaron and Nick back in 2017, we were focusing on providing services such as cleaning, linens and maintenance to other short stay agents Australian wide. In the middle of 2018 David had joined our company and brought latest technology and funding to help us get through the difficult times. We have been on a jet flying up since then. Today, At OptiNest, we can proudly announce that In Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast we have successfully set up operation teams in each city. We have our own system to streamline on boarding process, managing listings on multiple platforms, 24/7 call centre , housekeeping teams with hotel Standard linens and fast responding maintenance teams.
