Opening in December 2009 in Hamilton Hill, with 3 business owners â Tracy Garbes, Gordana Caruso and Alex Ricciardi and a receptionist, Harcourts Realty Plus has had an exciting 9 years with the team now grown from 4 to 18. Achieving 7th best office in Australia in 2013/14 and then rising to 5th in 2014/15 was an absolute highlight of the business and something we are very proud of achieving in such a short time. in 2015 we moved to bigger premises just down the road in Spearwood. The challenging market has made the last 3 years tough indeed and although not reaching the levels of sales we were were in the past, it has made us stronger and smarter business owners and leaders.
